Just wanted to let you know about a new book that I read called Competition Figure Suits  . The reason I bought it was because I was on a sales page that showed testimonials and pictures of all the different people who have read the book, and they have these amazing bodies (I'll give you the link to the website the end of this review, so you can take a look for yourself).

I wanted a body like that! I was never interested in a full on bodybuilder, but the sculpted bodies of women's fitness and figure competition just blew me away!
